What should I wear?

If you are attending the BJJ class for your first time, wear a t-shirt and board shorts or something similar. Loaner gi's, if available, will incure a laundry cost.

Do you have a program for children?

Not at this time.

Where can I purchase a uniform?

Brazilian Jiu Jitsu gi's are widely available from web stores. Ask your instructor if you need additional guidance. A BJJ gi is not required for your first class.

What is the minimum age?

The minimum age to participate is 18.

Can I watch a class for free?

Yes. All classes are open for public viewing.

I have very little or no experience. Can I still join?

Of course.
